Responsibilities
- Architect strategic roadmaps for 2026+ technological adoption across healthcare, energy, and manufacturing sectors
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing prototype solutions for quantum-encrypted communications
- Identify emerging regulatory frameworks and ethical considerations for AI deployment
- Forge partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Present findings to C-suite stakeholders and industry consortiums
- Manage $2M+ R&D budget with quarterly ROI reporting
- Mentor junior innovators through our Future-Ready program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or product development with demonstrated impact on future-focused initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or synthetic biology
- Published thought leadership on 4th Industrial Revolution implications
- Experience securing federal grants for experimental research (SBIR/STTR)
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools and foresight methodologies
- Track record of launching at least one industry-disruptive product
- Security clearance eligibility (Top Secret preferred)
