Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, aligning with global market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing AI/ML-driven solutions and sustainable tech frameworks
- Drive strategic partnerships with emerging tech startups and research institutions
- Establish KPIs for innovation projects and track ROI using advanced analytics
- Present innovation frameworks to executive stakeholders and board members
- Mentor R&D teams in agile methodologies and emerging technologies
- Secure $5M+ annual innovation budget through compelling business cases
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with proven experience in large-scale transformation
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Expertise in AI, IoT, and sustainable technology ecosystems
- Track record of launching products with $50M+ market impact
- Strong financial modeling and innovation portfolio management skills
- Experience with cross-cultural teams and global tech ecosystems
- Published thought leadership in innovation or technology journals
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., ICP-Innovation) preferred
