- Architect 5-year innovation roadmaps integrating quantum computing, synthetic biology, and climate tech
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing patent-pending solutions for 2026 market needs
- Forge strategic partnerships with NASA, IBM Quantum, and MIT Media Lab
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D funding through federal and venture channels
- Mentor PhD-level engineers in emerging technology adoption
- Present disruptive innovations at Davos and SXSW Future stages
- Drive implementation of ISO 20700 innovation management standards
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing or Synthetic Biology (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in R&D leadership with proven commercialization of futuristic technologies
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and bio-algorithm development
- Track record securing $10M+ in government innovation grants
- Published research in Nature or Science journals (2020-2023)
- Deep understanding of ISO 26000 sustainability frameworks
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Experience with DARPA and NSF grant processes
