- Secure $10M+ annual R&D budgets through stakeholder alignment
- Establish partnerships with quantum/AI research institutions
- Drive sustainable tech integration across all product lines
- Mentor junior innovators through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ in leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching market-disrupting products
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or sustainability tech
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Experience securing $5M+ R&D budgets
- Prior experience with agile/lean innovation methodologies
- Strong portfolio of patented innovations or commercialized products
