Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 2026 technology roadmaps across quantum computing, synthetic biology, and neural interfaces
- Lead cross-disciplinary pods of engineers, ethicists, and futurists to prototype breakthrough solutions
- Establish partnerships with DARPA, NASA, and global governments for policy-shaping initiatives
- Drive commercialization of 5+ emerging technologies through incubation and VC partnerships
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human-AI symbiosis
- Present future scenarios to C-suite executives and board members quarterly
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or innovation leadership with 3+ in emerging tech (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Proven track record of launching category-defining products with $100M+ market impact
- Expertise in futures forecasting, scenario planning, and technology adoption curves
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology (PhD/MSc preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ disruptive innovations launched in the last 5 years
- Deep network within Silicon Valley, government innovation labs, and academic institutions
- Fluency in Python, system architecture, and at least one emerging tech stack
