Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for 2026+ market opportunities across quantum computing and space commercialization
- Lead cross-functional teams of 15+ engineers, designers, and futurists to prototype breakthrough solutions
- Establish partnerships with NASA, MIT Media Lab, and World Economic Forum to shape global innovation policy
- Drive commercialization of 3+ proprietary technologies with $50M+ potential revenue impact
- Present annual innovation forecasts to C-suite and board members using predictive analytics
- Curate the Global Innovation Summit series featuring thought leaders from 40+ countries
- Oversee $20M R&D budget allocation for high-impact moonshot projects
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation with proven portfolio of 5+ commercialized breakthroughs
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Expertise in scenario planning and exponential technology forecasting methodologies
- Track record leading teams that scaled technologies from concept to $100M+ markets
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or similar tier-1 publications
- Deep knowledge of regulatory landscapes for emerging tech (US, EU, APAC)
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, System Dynamics)
- Fluency in English with Mandarin or Arabic preferred for global stakeholder engagement
