Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech and societal trends to forecast market shifts through 2030
- Develop scenario-based strategic plans for AI integration and automation adoption
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future product ecosystems
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Author thought leadership reports on future workforce dynamics
- Advise stakeholders on ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotechnology convergence
- Proven track record of developing future-focused roadmaps
- Strong data modeling and trend analysis capabilities
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (preferred)
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning
- PhD or Master's in Technology Foresight, Strategic Management, or related field
