Responsibilities
- Architect the 'Horizon 2026' innovation roadmap with 10-year strategic foresight
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging tech disruption vectors
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for ethical AI deployment and human augmentation
- Partner with quantum computing teams to commercialize next-gen applications
- Establish industry-wide standards for sustainable tech integration
- Present visionary briefings to C-suite and board of directors
- Mentor the next generation of futurist talent within our incubator
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neurotech, or climate tech
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed innovation journals
- Experience leading global innovation initiatives with $50M+ budgets
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent demonstrable expertise
- Exceptional ability to translate complex concepts into executable strategies
