Responsibilities
- Analyze exponential technology trends (quantum computing, neural interfaces, synthetic biology) to identify 2026 market disruptors
- Develop 5-year innovation roadmaps aligned with sustainable development goals and ethical AI frameworks
- Lead moonshot projects from ideation to prototyping using agile methodologies
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align innovation strategy with corporate vision
- Build and mentor a team of futurists and innovation specialists
- Present strategic recommendations to investors and board members
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and their impact on innovation ecosystems
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in innovation leadership at Fortune 500 or scale-up tech companies
- Proven track record of launching exponential technologies to market
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of Web3, AGI, and climate tech convergence points
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar designation
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex futures
