Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for future tech stacks, ensuring our platforms are ready for the demands of 2026 and beyond.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design resilient, cloud-native architectures capable of handling next-gen AI workloads and massive data throughput.
- GenAI Integration Strategy: Spearhead the integration of Generative AI into core products, ensuring ethical and efficient implementation.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee proof-of-concept (PoC) development for emerging technologies, including advanced neural networks and quantum-ready protocols.
- Talent Development: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical visions into actionable insights for executive leadership and product teams.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: Proven experience (10+ years) in enterprise architecture with a specific focus on future trends and emerging technologies.
- AI Expertise: Deep understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Technical Mastery: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust, with experience in distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker, AWS/Azure).
- Futuristic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry shifts and adapt technical strategies accordingly.
- Leadership: Experience leading cross-functional teams in high-growth environments.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
