Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients in AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Lead blue-sky innovation sprints with MIT and Stanford research partners
- Architect ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and neural interfaces
- Present futurist briefings to C-suite executives and global policymakers
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with 20+ concurrent R&D projects
- Co-author industry-defining whitepapers on post-quantum cryptography
- Mentor Gen Z talent through our Future Leaders accelerator program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech roles with 5+ years in future-gazing methodologies
- Published thought leadership in Nature Futures or IEEE Spectrum
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, AGI safety, or climate tech
- Proven track record scaling innovation from lab to market (e.g., ChatGPT, CRISPR)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Physics, or Futurology
- Fluency in at least one emerging tech framework (TensorFlow, PyTorch, D-Wave)
- Speaker credentials at TED, Web Summit, or Davos
