Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify breakthrough technologies reshaping markets by 2026
- Develop strategic frameworks for integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech into enterprise ecosystems
- Partner with product teams to translate futuristic concepts into viable roadmaps with clear ROI
- Deliver executive briefings and thought leadership on emerging tech implications for industry leaders
- Build and maintain a global network of innovators, researchers, and venture capitalists
- Architect innovation labs and pilot programs for next-gen technologies
- Produce forward-looking reports and scenario-planning models for board-level decision-making
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership within tech/biotech/quantum sectors
- Proven track record of anticipating and capitalizing on emerging technology trends
- Expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Technology, Engineering, or Futurist Studies (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption or scenario planning
- Experience building cross-functional innovation teams with global stakeholders
