Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the strategic roadmap for Project 2026, integrating quantum computing and neurotech innovations
- Lead a cross-functional team of 15+ engineers, designers, and researchers in developing cutting-edge prototypes
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technical initiatives with business objectives and market disruption goals
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies including quantum algorithms, brain-computer interfaces, and decentralized systems
- Secure strategic partnerships with leading research institutions and tech innovators
- Present breakthrough findings at industry conferences and publish thought leadership in premier tech journals
- Mentor talent in emerging tech domains while fostering a culture of radical innovation
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Neural Engineering with 8+ years of industry experience
- Proven track record leading quantum computing or neurotech projects with measurable commercial impact
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, machine learning frameworks, and neural interface technologies
- Strong background in managing high-budget R&D initiatives ($5M+ scale)
- Published research in Nature, Science, or IEEE journals on emerging technologies
- Experience securing federal grants and venture capital for breakthrough innovations
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value
- Certification in quantum computing (IBM Qiskit, D-Wave) or neurotech (Neurotech Network) preferred
