Responsibilities
- Architect and lead R&D initiatives targeting 2026 technological breakthroughs in quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech
- Develop strategic roadmaps for next-gen tech integration across industries (healthcare, energy, manufacturing)
- Lead cross-functional teams of researchers, engineers, and designers in rapid prototyping cycles
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers for collaborative innovation
- Present findings to executive stakeholders and industry boards to secure funding and resources
- Monitor global tech trends and forecast disruptions affecting 2026 business landscapes

Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with proven track record in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain)

- Experience leading teams of 15+ engineers/researchers through complex innovation cycles
