Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic foresight frameworks for Fortune 500 clients using AI-driven trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops on future-of-work scenarios and disruptive technologies
- Produce quarterly horizon scanning reports on climate tech, neuro-interfaces, and quantum computing
- Design ethical AI governance policies for autonomous systems deployment
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Present strategic narratives to C-suite executives at industry summits
- Mentor junior futurists in scenario planning and systems thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent field
- 5+ years experience in corporate strategy consulting or innovation labs
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies (quantum, biotech, AGI)
- Proficiency in foresight tools (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, Causal Layered Analysis)
- Deep understanding of UN SDGs and ESG frameworks
- Track record of advising on regulatory challenges for emerging tech
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
