Responsibilities
- Analyze macroeconomic, technological, and sociocultural trends to forecast disruptive opportunities for 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for clients across AI, biotech, and sustainable energy sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into executable business roadmaps
- Produce high-impact trend reports and whitepapers for executive stakeholders
- Identify emerging technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-ready solutions
- Represent the company at global foresight conferences and industry summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Foresight, Strategic Planning, or related field with 5+ years of experience
- Proven track record in trend analysis, scenario planning, or innovation strategy
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for complex technical concepts
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive analytics
- Demonstrated ability to influence C-level decision-makers with actionable insights
