Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year strategic vision for emerging tech integration (AI, quantum computing, biotech convergence)
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify and validate disruptive market opportunities
- Develop scenario-based forecasting models for technology adoption and regulatory shifts
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investment committees
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and innovation labs
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic factors impacting tech evolution
- Drive creation of innovation KPIs and performance dashboards
- Lead annual 'Future State' workshops with global leadership teams
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology or innovation leadership roles
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, Quantum, Web3, etc.)
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience presenting to C-suite and investment boards
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism or strategy
- Global market analysis experience across multiple industries
