Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AGI, biocomputing, Web4.0) to forecast market shifts and competitive threats
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for 2026+ business models and consumer behaviors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable innovation sprints
- Author thought leadership publications on future-proofing enterprises
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, scientists, and industry disruptors
- Present strategic recommendations to board members and key stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of predicting industry disruptions with documented case studies
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, synthetic biology, decentralized systems)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Fluency in scenario modeling tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi Method)
- Published author or speaker at global tech conferences (e.g., Web Summit, CES)
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ future-shaping initiatives implemented
