As a key member of our Innovation Lab, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic roadmaps, identify disruptive opportunities, and translate complex data into actionable insights. Your work will directly influence product development, market positioning, and long-term growth strategies.
Responsibilities
- Analyze global trends, technological shifts, and societal changes to forecast industry impacts by 2026
- Develop strategic frameworks and scenario-planning models for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype future-focused solutions
- Produce high-impact reports and presentations for C-suite stakeholders
- Identify partnership opportunities with startups, research institutions, and industry disruptors
- Design and implement innovation pipelines aligned with 5-10 year strategic goals
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate a culture of forward-thinking within the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business strategy and product roadmaps
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and AI trend analysis
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Thinking preferred
