Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 Technology Horizon Scanning framework
- Produce quarterly futures intelligence reports with quantified impact assessments
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on emerging tech trajectories
- Design scenario-planning models for disruptive market shifts
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic research labs and innovation accelerators
- Present foresight findings to executive leadership and board committees
- Mentor junior futurists using proprietary Horizon Methodology™
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Published research on emerging tech trends (quantifiable impact preferred)
- Expertise in scenario planning and systems thinking frameworks
- Proficiency in trend analysis tools (e.g., Palisade @RISK, Gartner Hype Cycle)
- Experience with biotech/AI/space tech convergence ecosystems
- Proven ability to translate complex futures into executable business strategies
- Portfolio of 3+ future-shaping projects implemented by Fortune 500 clients
