Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (2026 horizon) to identify disruptive opportunities and risks
- Develop strategic frameworks for product innovation and market positioning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future technology adoption
- Author comprehensive foresight reports and scenario-planning documents
- Advise executive leadership on technology investments and R&D priorities
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists and industry pioneers
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record of influencing technology roadmaps at enterprise level
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Strong communication skills for executive audiences and technical teams
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/MBA/PhD preferred)
