- Mentor a team of 3-5 junior futurists in advanced methodologies

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of delivering C-suite-level strategic frameworks
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AGI)
- Published thought leadership in top-tier business/tech publications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
