- Develop strategic roadmaps for integrating emerging technologies into enterprise ecosystems
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives on future-proofing business models
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership on societal impact of technological convergence
- Design ethics-by-default frameworks for autonomous systems and human-AI collaboration
- Mentor innovation teams in rapid prototyping of next-gen user experiences
- Represent company at global futurism conferences and policy summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in systems thinking, complex adaptive systems modeling, and scenario planning
- Published research on technology adoption curves or sociotechnical futures
- Proficiency in futures research tools (horizon scanning, Delphi method, cross-impact matrices)
- Track record of commercializing future-focused technologies
- PhD or Master's in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or relevant discipline
- Fluency in at least one additional language (Mandarin, Spanish, or Arabic preferred)
