Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using trend analysis, horizon scanning, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into R&D priorities and product roadmaps
- Produce executive-level trend reports on disruptive technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, climate tech)
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, government labs, and emerging tech startups
- Design innovation sprints to prototype solutions for 2026 market opportunities
- Advise leadership on emerging risks and competitive threats in rapidly evolving sectors
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or technology forecasting
- Proven track record of developing multi-year strategic plans for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, synthetic biology, Web3, climate tech)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., APF, WFS) preferred
