Responsibilities
- Analyze macroeconomic, technological, and sociocultural shifts to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026+
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for product innovation and market expansion
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-vision priorities
- Produce whitepapers and thought leadership pieces on emerging tech paradigms
- Partner with R&D to prototype solutions for anticipated market needs
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive disruption vectors
- Advose executive leadership on long-term resource allocation and risk mitigation
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech trend analysis
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum applications, bio-convergence, or climate tech
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., horizon scanning, Delphi technique)
- Network of futurists, VCs, and academic researchers in emerging tech domains
