Responsibilities
- Analyze technological, social, and economic megatrends to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for enterprise adaptation and disruption
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future readiness into product roadmaps
- Produce high-impact trend reports with quantifiable risk/opportunity matrices
- Advise executive leadership on innovation investments and pivot strategies
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track organizational evolution metrics
- Represent company at global futurist forums and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or equivalent field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario modeling and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong command of AI, biotech, and climate tech disruption vectors
- Exceptional data synthesis and visualization capabilities
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Published thought leadership in emerging technology domains
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on transformational strategies
