Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research across emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, sustainability) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop strategic roadmaps for 2026+ market positioning, aligning with organizational vision
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Author forward-looking thought leadership content and predictive frameworks
- Partner with product teams to integrate foresight into R&D pipelines
- Represent the company at global tech summits and futurist forums
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI/ML, quantum, biotech, climate tech)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- Track record of developing future-oriented business models
- Advanced degree in technology, business, or futures studies preferred
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFM) strongly preferred
