As a key member of our Future Intelligence Lab, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to develop adaptive roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and sustainable technologies. You'll leverage predictive analytics and scenario planning to identify disruptive opportunities while mitigating existential risks. Your insights will directly influence multi-billion dollar investments and product roadmaps.
Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across biotech, AI, climate tech, and space exploration sectors
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps for emerging technology adoption
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future scenarios
- Author predictive intelligence reports for executive decision-making
- Identify and quantify market opportunities in nascent industries
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Present strategic recommendations to the board of directors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Proven track record of translating future insights into commercial strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and trend analysis
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented strategies
