Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technological, social, and economic trends to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for organizational adaptation and innovation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-vision priorities
- Produce high-impact trend reports and whitepapers for executive decision-making
- Identify and assess disruptive technologies with transformational potential
- Design and implement horizon-scanning methodologies for early opportunity detection
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy publications
- Experience leading cross-geographical, multi-disciplinary teams
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS preferred)
