- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for climate adaptation, AI governance, and bio-economy shifts
- Lead 'Future Labs' with R&D teams to prototype next-gen products/services
- Present strategic foresight to stakeholders via executive briefings and trend roadmaps
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-proofing into development lifecycles
- Author whitepapers on metaverse integration, quantum computing applications, and sustainable tech
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in trend analysis, innovation strategy, or futurist consulting
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, climate tech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex future scenarios
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
- Portfolio published in futurist journals or industry thought leadership platforms
