Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech, economic, and social trends to forecast market shifts through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for quantum computing and AI integration
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align teams on future-state capabilities
- Partner with R&D to prototype solutions for emerging market opportunities
- Author thought leadership reports on disruptive technologies and their societal impact
- Advise executive leadership on future-proofing organizational capabilities
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory developments affecting long-term strategy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategy consulting or corporate futurism roles
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic plans
- Exceptional data visualization and scenario modeling skills
- Published thought leadership in emerging technology trends
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex transformations
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/SCF) required
