Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using scenario planning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports with actionable recommendations for executive leadership
- Establish early-warning systems for emerging threats and market discontinuities
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-proofing principles into development lifecycles
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and industry summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation with proven futures application
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and systems thinking
- Published thought leadership on emerging technology impacts (e.g., AI ethics, climate tech)
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive analytics
- Experience building foresight dashboards for C-suite decision-making
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-strategy implementations
