Responsibilities
- Analyze horizon-scanning data to identify 2026-2030 tech, social, and economic inflection points
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for quantum computing, AGI integration, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable business strategies
- Produce executive-level trend reports with data-validated probability matrices
- Advise C-suite on emerging risks/opportunities in decentralized systems and neurotech
- Build proprietary foresight methodologies using AI trend-detection tools
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Expertise in exponential technology forecasting (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership on 2020s paradigm shifts
- Proficiency in futures research tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field
- Experience modeling complex socio-technical ecosystems
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-strategy implementations
