Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and technological inflection points to identify strategic opportunities and risks
- Develop and implement scenario-planning frameworks for 2026+ market landscapes
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future intelligence into product roadmaps
- Produce forward-looking reports and visualizations for executive decision-making
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Monitor emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, bioengineering) and their societal impacts
- Champion innovation culture by translating foresight into organizational initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field; PhD preferred
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurism with Fortune 500 exposure
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Proven ability to translate complex future states into executable business strategies
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their disruptive potential
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent demonstrable expertise
