Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology impact assessments across AI, quantum computing, and climate tech sectors
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-level executives to prepare for 2030 market shifts
- Author whitepapers on future workforce models and human-AI collaboration frameworks
- Partner with product teams to embed futurist principles into innovation roadmaps
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, scientists, and policy influencers
- Design metrics to track progress toward 2026 sustainability and ethical tech goals
- Present findings at industry conferences and publish thought leadership pieces
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field with 7+ years of strategic foresight experience
- Proven track record of developing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology) and their societal implications
- Exceptional skills in data visualization, trend analysis, and scenario modeling
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-oriented frameworks or impact assessments
- Experience facilitating executive workshops across global organizations
- Fluency in futures research methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Wild Cards analysis)
- Strong network connections with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, or similar institutions
