- Analyze global megatrends and technological disruptions to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future vision
- Produce forward-looking scenario analyses and risk mitigation frameworks
- Partner with R&D to incubate breakthrough innovations targeting 2026 milestones

- Represent company at global futurism forums and thought leadership events
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or tech strategy roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex future concepts
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 5+ year strategic foresight projects
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
- Experience with Delphi method, causal layered analysis, or similar frameworks
