Responsibilities
- Analyze horizon-scanning data (2024-2026) to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging markets and product innovation pipelines
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align long-term vision with quarterly objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into organizational DNA
- Produce high-impact trend reports and scenario-planning models for stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Mentor junior strategists in forecasting methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Proven track record of translating future insights into executable business strategies
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI forecasting models
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (preferred)
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive and board-level audiences
