Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology convergence
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives across 15+ industry verticals
- Conduct horizon-scanning research using proprietary data analytics and global trend networks
- Architect innovation frameworks for emerging markets with $50B+ growth potential
- Collaborate with MIT Media Lab and Singularity University on next-gen tech adoption
- Present strategic briefings to board members and international policy stakeholders
- Mentor cross-functional teams in futures-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of executing multi-year transformational roadmaps
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Experience leading global teams across 3+ continents
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ successful future-state implementations
