Your insights will directly influence multi-billion-dollar investment decisions and market entry strategies for 2026 and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ trend analysis reports across technology, policy, and socio-economic domains
- Design scenario-planning frameworks to mitigate disruption risks and capitalize on emerging opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies
- Establish KPIs for measuring future-readiness and innovation maturity across organizational units
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and external stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Oversee the implementation of horizon-scanning systems using AI-driven trend analysis platforms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing multi-year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and disruption modeling methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills with C-suite experience
- Published thought leadership in futures/innovation publications
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, Causal Layered Analysis)
