Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technological, economic, and social trends to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for organizational resilience
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype next-generation solutions
- Produce executive-level trend reports and innovation roadmaps with actionable recommendations
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with transformative potential for our industry
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate future insights into product development pipelines
- Represent company at global futurist forums and thought leadership events
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFPS) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating complex trend analysis and strategic foresight projects
