Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technological and societal trends to develop predictive models for 2026 market landscapes
- Design and implement innovation frameworks that integrate AI, biotech, and sustainable energy solutions
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and data scientists to prototype futuristic concepts
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and external stakeholders with compelling data-driven narratives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and government agencies to shape policy around emerging technologies
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate a culture of continuous learning and experimentation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years experience in strategic foresight, innovation management, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of developing and deploying futuristic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong background in at least two emerging technology domains (quantum computing, neurotech, climate AI, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ strategic innovation projects with measurable impact
