Qualifications

- 5+ years experience in strategic innovation or tech foresight
- Published research in emerging tech trends (peer-reviewed journals preferred)
- Expertise in scenario planning and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep knowledge of AI ethics, quantum computing applications, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused strategies
- Certification in Foresight or Innovation Management (preferred)
