Qualifications

- Proven track record scaling tech ventures from concept to $100M+ valuation
- Expertise in neural network architecture and quantum algorithm design
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, and English for global stakeholder engagement
- Certification in ISO 21448 (SOTIF) and IEEE 7000 standards
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ technologies deployed at scale with >1M users
