Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic innovation or futures research at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Portfolio showcasing successful future-strategy implementations
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
