Responsibilities
- Analyze and synthesize global tech, economic, and societal trends to forecast 2026+ landscape
- Develop strategic roadmaps for product innovation and market expansion
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align teams on future-focused initiatives
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and narratives
- Monitor competitive landscapes and disruptor ecosystems for early opportunity identification
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Translate complex foresight data into actionable business strategies
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused strategies
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking capabilities
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology, Business, or related field
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and scenario planning
- Experience leading high-impact projects with measurable outcomes
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains preferred
