Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech and societal trends to develop 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks
- Produce horizon-scanning reports and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future opportunities and risks
- Establish partnerships with innovation labs, universities, and emerging tech startups
- Design and implement agile innovation sprints to prototype 2026-ready solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to board members and external stakeholders
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Business Innovation, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating future-shaping projects or published research
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
