Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks using predictive analytics and trend synthesis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Produce scenario-planning reports for quantum computing, biotech convergence, and AI ethics
- Advise C-suite executives on future-proofing business models and talent strategies
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry experts
- Translate complex future concepts into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Present strategic insights to executive boards and investor forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario modeling, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Proven ability to translate foresight into executable business strategies
- Strong public speaking and executive presentation skills
- Portfolio of published foresight reports or strategic frameworks
