Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate tech, quantum computing) impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for enterprise resilience and market dominance
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-proof solutions
- Author executive briefings and trend reports with actionable recommendations
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D centers
- Design and implement horizon scanning methodologies for early trend detection
- Mentor emerging futurists and build foresight capabilities across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)

- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking
