- Collaborate with R&D teams to align innovation with future market demands

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Expertise in horizon scanning and weak signal analysis
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., STEEP, Delphi Method)
- Experience advising C-suite on long-term strategic pivots
- Demonstrated understanding of 2026 technology projections
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
