Responsibilities
- Analyze and synthesize global technology trends, regulatory shifts, and societal changes to map 2026 industry disruption scenarios
- Develop multi-year strategic roadmaps integrating quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence, and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future technology adoption and risk mitigation
- Establish competitive intelligence frameworks tracking emerging threats and opportunities through 2030
- Author visionary whitepapers and executive briefings on paradigm-shifting technologies
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify and acquire disruptive startups aligned with 2026 vision
- Design foresight methodologies using scenario planning, Delphi techniques, and horizon scanning
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Future Studies, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years experience in technology forecasting, corporate strategy, or innovation consulting
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, neurotech, or Web3
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to quantify qualitative future trends
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and boards on strategic futures
- Published thought leadership in technology or futurism (whitepapers, journals, conferences)
- Proficiency in foresight tools like Trend Hunter, Gartner Hype Cycle, or custom scenario modeling
